Feedback to the Leader Group Leader: _Ashley Brooke Leonard______________________________ Session Number : 1 ________ figure: ___3/10/2011_________ Beginning the sitting: I began the session well, with the ejection of starting the crowd takeing the members were supposed to be fifth part graders and not ourselves. Once I was told we were acting as ourselves, the lesson started travel rid of silverly. I was sickish at the very developning, entirely as the lesson went on I became more comfort fit. I was able to begin the group off well, but I leave alone check out that the latter part of group went bring out then the graduation because of my nervousness and the members as well. Structure: I actually conjecture the structure of the group flowed great. I started with a design hi and then went directly into group rules and confidentiality, keep onto the group function as a whole, and its purpose. I stayed on route with my outline which I thought to be a smooth transitioning one. After I stated our purpose, I asked the group active their expectations, ending the conference on formalities. I honestly male parentt think I would have changed the structure of my group if I had the chance to do it over again.

Processing natural process/ Content: The occupation we did in group started up our conversation on technology and we went into great detail with some advantages and disadvantages to technology. At first, I was nervous about my body process, but after how over a lot information we discussed because of the activity I was very happy about it. It was very brief information which I think was meliorate for the first session, because we started to go towards what was going to be the rema! inder of group, and it wasnt too much for the session. Verbal Tone: Honestly, I am not surely of my verbal tone, but I think I intercommunicate calmly and collectively. I am picturesque sure I did not raise my voice at any time, and I know I didnt treat or speak too low, because everyone seemed to hear me just fine.
