Good morning members of the Edmonton Catholic School Board. I am Rabelle Rodas; a Grade 10 student at blessed Trinity Catholic High School. Today, I am here(predicate)(predicate) to babble out about educates having the right to search the lockers of students. Now, many students would in all likelihood disagree because it is invading their privacy. However, the main purpose here is the natural rubber of the students and of the school. Also, in schools where searches be being take overed by police incumbents, the ultimate Court of Canada determined that a secondment is not essential if teachers and administrators ar conducting a search of or seizure from students independently of the police.

But, this is only pleasant if the police officer and the school staff have untoughened grounds for considering that something hot is being committed. That is, their proof must be based on credible information and carried out in a reasonable manner. The students must understand that searches are not done indiscriminately and just for fun. The school staff and admini strators conduct searchers if, and only if, ! they put up something suspicious among the students possession of weapons or drugs for example.
